Background
10 Portman Square is a stunning new property development soon to have its new landmark address in one of London’s most exclusive areas. The building will comprise 113,000 sq ft of modern office space over seven floors.
Objectives
Working with Next Big Thing and British Land our task was to create a property development website that showcased the exceptional architecture, office space and location of 10 Portman Square. The website needed to be compatible with tablets and in particular the iPad.
Work
The property development website provides access to detailed floor plans, building specification and an interactive map showing the location of the nearest transport links and the use of large images help to showcase the architecture and unique building finish created by renowned and award winning architects.
An information section allows users to download the floor and space plans as well as a detailed specification of 10 Portman Square.
Sliding menu functionality allows users to quickly go through and find the information they require by expanding on each floor of the building with the additional options of being able to zoom in and download specific floor or space plans.
